PRICING
• The index search is free for all dates and documents listed above to all customers and the citizens of Allegheny County
• Commercial Users with draw down accounts will be charged 50 cents per page for the first 10 pages of a document, with the remaining pages of that document at no cost.
• Casual Users with credit cards will be charged $1.00 per page for the first 10 pages of a document, with the remaining pages of that document at no cost.
• Block and Lot Maps and Historical Record Cards (previously only available by a visit to Property Assessments) are now available on the online records search. Block and Lot Maps are $1.50 per page.
• Historical Record Cards are 25 cents per page.
• NEW – Historical Plat Maps are now available on the online records search. Historical Plat Maps are $1.50 per page.
